Ingredients
- 2 kg Pork
- 1 bunch Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Basil (dried)
- Salt to taste
- 400 ml Light beer
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 pieces Onion red
- 2 pieces White onion
Instructions
- Cut the meat into portions, sprinkle with seasoning, Basil and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Then pour the beer and add the mustard.
- Finish with sliced red and white onion half rings. Fry on hot coals.
