  1. In a bowl, combine the melted and cooled butter, eggs, sour cream and sugar. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
  2. Add the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder and 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Mix the dough thoroughly until smooth and smooth.
  3. Spread the dough on the cupcake molds ( I got 8 PCs.).
  4. For the topping, mix 8 tsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle the top of the cupcakes with cinnamon sugar and send them to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until ready (we focus on the features of our oven and check the readiness with a wooden skewer).
