Snack "Chicken slices" Recipe

These chicken cutlets are tastier than nuggets and are eaten very quickly.

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the greens.
  2. Add to the minced meat: grated cheese( on a coarse grater ), herbs, egg, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, salt and spices to taste. Mix the minced meat well and leave in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  3. From the minced meat to form a sausage.
  4. Divide into serving pieces.
  5. Roll each piece in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
