Spaghetti with vegetable sauce is a great option for Fasting! I want to offer you an interesting and unusual sauce recipe that perfectly combines the sweet taste of carrots, arugula and nuts!

Instructions
Boil the pasta in boiling salted water until "al dente".
Grate carrots on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil, stirring, 3-4 minutes.
Add the arugula to the carrots and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and water to the vegetables and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Chop the almonds, add them to the carrots and arugula, and use a blender to mash them.
