Ingredients
- 500 gram Green beans (canned)
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Tomato
Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Starch
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 0.5 teaspoons Red hot pepper
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over the beans, leave for a couple of minutes. Flip into a colander and strain.
- Grate the tomato on a coarse grater. If there are no tomatoes, you can use browned tomatoes or tomatoes in their own juice.
- Mix soy sauce, finely chopped or pressed garlic, starch and hot pepper or flakes (if you have fresh hot pepper, then finely chop).
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the beans and tomato. Stir well, simmer under the lid for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then remove the lid, make the fire on high and, stirring constantly, bring it to a state where there is no liquid left in the pan.
- Add the sauce to the pan and mix thoroughly, cook for about 1-2 minutes over high heat. It is better to use 2 spoons for mixing.
