Beans pour boiling water, leave for a couple of minutes.
Throw in a colander and drain.
Grate the tomato on a large grater. If there is no tomato, you can use sautéed tomatoes or tomatoes in their own juice.
Mix soy sauce, finely chopped or passed through the press garlic, starch and hot pepper, or flakes (if you have fresh hot pepper, then chop finely.)
In a frying pan heat vegetable oil, add beans and tomato. Mix well, simmer under a lid for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then remove the lid, the fire to do on high and stirring constantly bring to a state, when the pan will not remain liquid.
Add the sauce to the pan and mix thoroughly, cook for about 1-2 minutes over high heat. It is better to use 2 spoons for mixing.
