Wash the salad, dry it and cut it into pieces by hand. Cut the cucumber into triangular slices, tomatoes in half or quarters (depending on their size), peel the pepper from the core and cut into strips. Mix all the vegetables carefully in a wide bowl.
To prepare the dressing, put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a whisk.
Put the salad on a flat dish and pour the dressing over it. Sprinkle with tarragon leaves. Garnish with egg slices and dill sprigs.
