This is a very delicious breakfast for children and adults, which you can prepare in advance and pamper your family at any time. There are similar recipes on the website, but I want to offer my own version of this simple but delicious dish.

- To prepare the balls, we need to cook a steep viscous porridge of rice, milk, salt and sugar. We will need the simplest, round-eyed rice. I like to cook porridge in a slow cooker, but you can also cook it in a regular non-stick pan.
- When the porridge is ready, cool it to a warm state. It is not necessary to cool down completely, the balls of warm rice will form better and will not crack when frying. In a warm porridge, break the eggs and add starch, mix the mass.
- Form balls with wet hands.
- Roll them in breadcrumbs and shape them into round flat balls.
- Spread the finished balls on a heated frying pan, fry on one side until golden brown, turn over, cover with a lid and bring to readiness.
- In addition, you can put them on a pallet and send them to the freezer. When our balls are frozen, you can put them in a container and send them for storage. As soon as you decide to cook them, do not defrost, put the balls on a heated frying pan and fry on both sides. Serve meatballs with jam, chocolate sauce, condensed milk.
