Terrine with Bacon Recipe
French appetizer - terrine - is made from meat. Tender minced meat, pieces of fragrant ham, nuts... It's very tasty. This dish is best served warm, but you can fry the slices until golden brown - it's also very tasty. Please enjoy your meal!

Ingredients
- 150 gram bacon
- 250 gram Ham
- 250 gram Pork minced meat
- 100 gram Breadcrumbs
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 120 milliliters Cream (20%)
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 50 gram Pine nuts
Instructions
- The form in which the terrine will be baked, line with strips of bacon.
- Cut the ham into small cubes, finely chop the parsley. Mix the minced meat, ham and herbs.
- Add pine nuts, breadcrumbs, mustard and horseradish, beat in an egg. Pour the cream into the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Fill the mold evenly with minced meat and cover with strips of bacon.
- Bake the terrine at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
