Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread any rye or black
- 2 tablespoons Curd cheese I took cheese curd with herbs
- 2 teaspoon Mustard Dijon 1 teaspoon ordinary+1 teaspoon grain
- 1 piece Onion
- 6 pieces Herring
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- Parsley for serve
- Red onion for serve
Instructions
- We are preparing the products that we will need for toasts.
- Make a smear. I brought cottage cheese with herbs. Add two types of Dijon mustard there. Of course, I can use ordinary table mustard, but with Dijon, in my opinion, it tastes better. Finely chop one green onion feather. Mix thoroughly and spread our finished dish!
- Spread cheese paste generously on pieces of Borodino bread, spread out slices of herring. It depends on the piece of bread, I have 3 slices. Boil the eggs the way you like. You can "hard-boil", or you can "in a bag". I like the yolk to stay viscous. Spread the egg cut in half. Again, cut off from a piece of bread as much as you want. I could fit half an egg in me. Decorate the top with green leaves. I sprinkle with parsley and finely chopped red onion. Who loves poetry, you can spread a little mustard seed on top. The toast is ready!
