I have a Braun juicer and after squeezing the juice from the vegetables, a pretty juicy pie turns out, so it was decided to make tomato sauce from the pie. The cake is additionally crushed in a blender. Pour the juice and cake into pots and cook in each for at least 20 minutes, from the moment of boiling.
Output: juice 2.08 liters, sauce 1.85 liters. The yield will depend on the juiciness of the tomatoes. Juice and sauce are prepared for daily use, so I do not salt the juice, we salt the sauce at the end of cooking. Enjoy your meal!!!
