Ingredients
- 1/2 glass Rice
- 3 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper (1/2 pieces - red, 1/2 pieces - yellow)
- Green Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/3 teaspoons Salt
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes into slices.
- Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.
- Chop the green onions.
- Grate garlic on a fine grater, add to chopped vegetables, add rice, mix.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling.
- Season the salad and serve.
