Ingredients
Panna Cotta
- 120 ml Milk
- 250 ml Cream (30%)
- 65 grams Sugar
- 1 piece Vanilla sugar
- 8 grams Gelatin
- 3 tablespoons Water
Instructions
- Instant gelatin Dr. Oetker pour 3 tablespoons of water. In a heatproof bowl, mix cream, milk, Dr. Oetker sugar, vanilla sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, stirring. Let cool to 70 degrees. Enter gelatin. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the molds. I put it in the cold for freezing for 4 hours, I left it overnight.
- Preparing the sauce. Chop the cranberries in a blender, add sugar, if necessary, a little water. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, until thickened. Wipe through a sieve.
