It is prepared simply and quickly, but it turns out very tasty! This salad is often prepared not only on fasting days, but it is quite light and low-calorie.
Cut the lettuce leaves into pieces. Put the tomatoes on a plate, alternating with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle the salad with sugar to your liking, you don't need much, just a little bit... The amount of sugar is indicated conditionally, you add according to your taste.
Then pour soy sauce on top, I have a classic, my favorite and irreplaceable!
The salad can be put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving (but this is not necessary).
