Warm Salad of Asparagus and Raisins Recipe
Delicious, healthy, light and very fast salad with an unusual taste! For those who like asparagus with a taste of garlic and the sweetness of raisins, this salad will be to your taste!

Instructions
Wash the asparagus, trim the tips, about 1.5-2 cm. Cut the asparagus into 4 pieces.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the prepared asparagus and fry everything over medium heat (under the lid) for about 3 minutes.
Add the nuts to the asparagus and fry for another 3-4 minutes (under the lid).
Then add the raisins, honey, soy sauce, wine and lemon juice.
Stir and simmer all together for another 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally so that it does not stick!
