This is the case when I especially want to feel the warmth of the hearth. Gather in a family circle, remember all the pleasant things. At the same time, you will also want to take something very homemade, fragrant and incredibly beautiful, for example, our warm salad.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Potato
- 3 pieces Carrot
- 1/2 pieces Celery root
- 1 piece Beet
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Onion dry
- Seasoning (Provence herbs) (French herbs, other spices to taste)
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Peel the vegetables.
- Cut into slices. Cut potatoes into slices, carrots into rings, beets into very thin strips (beets take longer to cook). Celery sticks (in my case, cut out with a cookie cutter, use the remains of celery in soup or puree).
- Put in preheated to 200* С oven for 30-40 minutes. Everyone's plates are different, you need to check the readiness individually: pierce the potatoes with a knife, it should be soft, not creak. Celery is cooked very quickly. Make sure that the beetroot does not dry out.
- Put the finished vegetables in a salad bowl, pour butter (creamy or lean), salt, sprinkle with French herbs and ground dry onions. To interfere. Close the lid. Wrap in a blanket before serving. Shake before serving.
