Preparation:
❶ Cut the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Here we also send asparagus beans and, stirring, fry. Salt, pepper and pour the finished beans into a bowl.
❷ Fry the mushrooms in the same pan. Salt and pepper also in a frying pan.
We cut the Bulgarian pepper into large cubes and send it to the mushrooms and asparagus in a bowl. Here we also add arugula. Sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon and mix.
A warm salad with mushrooms and arugula is ready!
