  1. Cut the avocado in half. Use a spoon to get the avocado pulp. Mash with a fork. Pour over the lemon juice.
  2. Mix avocado and cream cheese together, stir ( or puree in a blender ), season with salt and pepper to taste. Very tasty with a slice of loaf or toast.
