Ingredients
Salad
- 300 gram Pumpkin (raw)
- 100 gram feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Spices (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Seeds (I have mixture of,can be take only pumpkin)
Instructions
- Peel the pumpkin from the seeds and peel, cut into small pieces. Add a little salt, spices, and red pepper.
- Cover the form or baking sheet with baking paper, grease with vegetable oil. Lay out the pumpkin in an even layer. Bake in a preheated oven from 180C to 200C for 15-20 minutes, the pumpkin should become soft.
- For dressing, mix olive oil with vinegar, whisk thoroughly to make an emulsion, add honey, salt and pepper to taste. Once again, whisk everything thoroughly.
- Cut the feta into small pieces or crumble.
- Fry the seeds in a dry frying pan.
- Put the cooked pumpkin on a plate, add feta, parsley, ground black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Sprinkle with seeds.
