Ingredients
- 250 gram Beef
- 50 gram Pickled cucumber
- 50 gram Tomato
- 30 gram Onion red
- 1 tablepsoon Capers
- 3 gram Salt
- 2 gram Black pepper
Instructions
- The recipe is very simple. We take our beef, not necessarily tenderloin, cut it into small cubes, add capers, onions, tomatoes, pickles, salt and pepper to taste. Then we serve it nicely.
