Beet Salad with Grapefruit and Cranberries Recipe

Ingredients
- 100 gram Beef boiled
- 70 gram Grapefruit
- 50 gram Onion red
- 1 tablespoon Cowberry
- 3 pieces Prunes
- 1/2 teaspoons Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Juice (grapefruit)
- 1 pinch Mustard (seeds)
- 2 tablespoons Mustard oil
- 1/2 yeaspoons Honey
Instructions
- Peel the grapefruit from the films and cut into cubes.
- Pour boiling water over the prunes and finely chop them.
- Cut the boiled beetroot into cubes, finely chop the red onion, add grapefruit, cranberries and prunes.
- For dressing, mix honey, soy sauce, ready-made mustard and mustard seeds, grapefruit juice and oil.
- Season the salad and serve it to the table!
