Brownies with Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds and Dates Recipe
A useful substitute for everything sweet. Walking through foreign culinary sites, I increasingly find recipes without sugar, gluten-free, for raw foodists and vegans. The perfect recipe, not just a recipe, but pure, healthy energy in one piece. 15-20 minutes, and you are sure that your children are eating healthy food.

Ingredients
Top:
- 300 gram Milk chocolate
- 60 gram Pistachios
Base:
- 1 glass Sunflower seeds
- 1 glass Sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 200 gram Dates
Instructions
- Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
- Fry the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
- Peel the dates from the seeds.
- In a blender bowl, mix sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, dates, honey, soy sauce (sweet).
- Add cocoa.
- Take a lump of the resulting mixture, mash it with the remaining seeds and sesame seeds.
- Cover the form with parchment paper, put the mixture on paper and smooth it out with your fingers, distributing it over the form.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.
- Spread the melted chocolate on the "dough".
- Sprinkle with pistachios.
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to solidify.
- Frozen brownies cut into pieces.
- Enjoy your meal.
