- Let's get started. Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the butter and sugar (about 3 minutes). One by one, enter the yolks, beat until smooth. Add carrots, pumpkin, nuts, mix well. Sift the flour, add baking powder to it. Pour flour into the dough, knead.
- Whisk the whites (preferably cold) to stable peaks. Gently insert them into the dough, mix gently.
- Cover the form with parchment paper and pour the dough.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour. The time may vary depending on the size of your mold and the characteristics of the oven.
