Canapes with Herring and Kiwi Recipe
I don't know if this can be called a full-fledged recipe, but there are no sandwiches with such a combination of ingredients on the site. For me personally, this combination was unexpected, so I couldn't pass by without trying. My family, like me, liked the canapes, but the dish is still an amateur. So, if you like to experiment, welcome.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Bread black
- 3 pieces Kiwi
- 100 gram Mascarpone cream cheese
- 300 gram Herring
- Herbs
Instructions
- So, cut the black bread into small slices.
- Brush each piece of bread with mascarpone cheese.
- Peel the ripe kiwi, cut into thin slices and place on greased bread.
- Peel the herring from the skin and bones, cut into long thin slices and put it on top of the kiwi. The canapes are ready, decorate with herbs before serving.
