Canapes with Egg Pate Recipe
Canapes are a great snack that will decorate any festive table. And there are a lot of variations and different recipes on this topic. In my case, these are crispy croutons with tender egg pate, which gives a piquant taste to celery.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Mayo
- 0.5 piece Apple
- 1 piece Celery
- 1 teaspoon Curry
- 1 tablespoon Herbs
- 7 pieces Bread
- 2 pieces Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- Salt
- A mixture of spices
Instructions
- Take the celery, wash it, free it from the fibers and grate it on a coarse grater. If the celery is very juicy, squeeze the juice a little.
- Also grate the apple on a coarse grater, sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Add finely chopped herbs and grated eggs to the celery and apples.
- To our ingredients, add mayonnaise, curry, a mixture of salt, pepper and mix well.
- You can take any bread-gray, black, white. And also the shape - triangular, square, round. I took white round slices of bread and fried them on both sides in a dry frying pan until golden brown. When our croutons cool down, we collect canapes. Put a lettuce leaf on the cooled slice, and on top of the egg pate with curry
