Cheese Cookies with Basil Recipe
Everyone liked the dough from Laurent pie so much that by the weekend I decided to bake a sponge cake according to the Kish recipe. Replacing nuts with "aged" cheese, I got a new, very tasty combination, which, perhaps, will be used later in the preparation of the pie. The cookies were eaten in a few minutes (even slightly burnt), perfect as a base for a snack!

Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 teaspoons Basil (dried)
- 0,25 teaspoon Salt
- 70 gram Butter
- 40 gram Soft cheese
- 115 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Instructions
- Wash the egg. Put it in a bowl, add basil and salt, mix everything with a whisk. Cut the butter into small cubes, add to the egg and mix everything thoroughly, it is best to eat with a fork. Add the grated cheese and mix again, the mass should turn out slightly crumbly and soft.
- Add a little flour and start kneading the dough, at this stage it is best to do it with a spatula. When the dough begins to acquire a more homogeneous mass, pour in the remaining flour and knead the dough with your hands (after putting on gloves). - Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. - Roll the dough into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
- After the time has elapsed, sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough. Cut into small circles.
- Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake in a preheated 280 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the finished biscuit from the mold and cool on a flat surface. Enjoy your meal,
