For a long time I wanted to make a chicken roll and finally I made it. It turned out very tasty. So I'll share it with you.
Chicken fillet cut lengthwise, but not to the end. We expand it to increase the area and slightly beat it off. Salt and pepper to taste. Grease the fillet with cottage cheese, sprinkle on top with finely chopped dill and garlic. Add the diced pepper. Roll the fillet into a roll.
Next, take the puff pastry, roll it out with a thickness of 3 millimeters, and wrap the chicken fillet in it. Lubricate the egg and send it to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The finished roll is cut into small pieces and served to the table.
