Chicken Salad with Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 180 gram Chicken fillet
- 150 gram Broccoli
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1 clove Garlic
- Lettuce leaves
- Allspice to taste
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Rub the fillets with salt and pepper and fry them in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Cool, cut into slices.
- Broccoli is boiled in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices.
- Chop the garlic, add it to the rest of the ingredients. All salt, pepper to taste. Fill with light mayonnaise, mix and serve.
