Ingredients
- 6 pieces Chicken thigh
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/3 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash and dry the chicken thighs, if desired, you can remove the skin. 2. In the soy sauce, add honey, black pepper and 3 cloves of garlic, passed through a press. Mix thoroughly. 3. Transfer the thighs to the marinade and mix, cover with cling film and leave for an hour (or overnight).
- 4. Put the chicken thighs in a baking dish, pour the remaining marinade on top. 5. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes.
