Ingredients
Dough:
- 230 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 600 gram Condensed milk
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 35 gram Cocoa powder
- 15 gram Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Cream:
- 600 ml Cream (33%)
- 2 rablespoons Sugar powder
- 1 glass Walnuts
Decoration:
- Raspberries to taste
- Blackberries to taste
- Dark chocolate to taste
- Dragees to taste
- Sugar powder to taste
Instructions
- Turn on the oven to warm it up. Beat the eggs with salt until fluffy, 3-5 minutes. Add condensed milk and mix until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the dry products: flour, cocoa powder and baking powder (in my case, baking powder with saffron). Add to the bowl of the mixer and mix until smooth.
- Draw a circle on baking paper, d-25-26 cm.. Turn it over. Put 2 tablespoons of dough.
- Use a spoon to distribute the pattern. Place in a preheated oven, bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Excellent cakes are baked on silicone mats.
- Bake 9-10 cakes. Cool completely, only then you can lay out a stack, in a warm form they are very sticky.
- Before assembling the cake, prepare the cream - whisk the cooled cream, gradually introduce powdered sugar.
- Smearing the cakes with cream and sprinkling with chopped roasted walnuts, we collect the cake.
- Garnish with berries, dragees and grated chocolate. We put it in the refrigerator for 3-12 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle the berry with powdered sugar. Cake 1.6 kg..
