Coconut Panna Cotta with Mango Recipe
A delicate coconut dessert with mango, prepared quickly and simply. And very tasty.

Instructions
Soak the agar-agar in water until it swells. Add brown sugar to coconut milk.
Bring the mixture to a boil, add the swollen agar-agar, stir, cook for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat. Cool a little and pour lemon juice.
Pour the jelly into molds / cups / glasses, cool completely, then put it in the refrigerator.
Whisk mango puree with a blender with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Put the mango in glasses /cups with panna cotta.
Sprinkle with coconut shavings.
