Coffee and Chocolate Jelly Recipe
A delicate, simple and quick to prepare jelly delicacy. At home, you can make jelly from a ready-made concentrate or independently squeezed fruit juice, milk, cream, cocoa. The consistency of the dessert depends on the amount of gelatin added to the mixture.

Ingredients
- 6 pieces Marshmallow
- Vanilla essence (a few drops)
- 20 gram Gelatin
- 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons Instant coffee
- 300 ml Water
- 400 ml Milk
- 6 pieces Cherry (frozen)
- Mint
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the ingredients: milk, water and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the broken chocolate.
- Add vanilla essence and coffee.
- Add the swollen gelatin and warm it up. Mix everything well and strain, this procedure is mandatory. To avoid inclusions from chocolate.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Preheat the marshmallows in the microwave until smooth. Put the frozen jelly on top, decorate with frozen cherries and mint leaves.
