- Add yogurt (without additives), cinnamon, jam and semolina. Instead of yogurt. The sour-milk flavor will be more intense, but it is also delicious with yogurt. This time I made yogurt.
- Whisk everything into a homogeneous mass using an immersion blender.

- Bake at 150-160°C for about 30 minutes. Then you can increase the temperature to 180 ° C and the casserole will brown. Readiness is determined by pressing - the casserole turns out elastic and springy. During baking, all the curd casseroles rise strongly, but when they cool down, they fall off.
- You can eat both warm and cold. Serve - to your taste. I sprinkled powdered sugar and cinnamon. You can pour sour cream, yogurt or custard.
