Cream Soup with Popcorn "Movie Ticket" Recipe
This simple and at the same time unusual recipe will be a great accompaniment to a home movie show or a fun party with friends. The most delicate delicious soup, the crunch of sunny popcorn — and a great mood is guaranteed!

Ingredients
- 300 gram Corn (canned)
- 1 piece Onion
- 350 ml Broth (Vegetables or Chiken)
- 30 gram Butter
- 100 ml Cream
- 100 gram Popcorn (ready-made, salt popcorn)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (ground pepper, to taste)
Instructions
- In a deep saucepan, melt the butter and fry the finely chopped onion on it.
- As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add the corn and fry everything together for 5-7 minutes. The liquid from the can of corn should be drained into a separate bowl (you will need it later).
- Pour in the corn broth, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
- After that, grind the contents of the pan with a blender until smooth. Add the liquid that we poured out of the can of corn. About three tablespoons will be enough.
- Strain the finished soup through a sieve, on which all the corn husks should settle. In any case, do not skip this step. Otherwise, the soup will not be so tender.
- Add hot cream.
- Mix everything until smooth and leave it under the lid to keep the soup warm.
- We're finally making popcorn! I used a semi-finished product to cook it in the microwave.
- Hot soup is poured into cups or bowls. And it is served with popcorn, which can be added directly to the soup, like croutons.
