Curry-Style Diet Beef Recipe
Beef is prepared with a minimum of oil and is suitable for those who adhere to proper nutrition. I like spicy, so in addition to the finished complex seasoning, I add pepper. If you don't like spicy, you can add just a little or not at all.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Beef
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Curry
- 1 pinch White pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspooon Tomato paste
- 2 glasses Water
Instructions
- Cut the meat into thin strips.
- Peel the onion and garlic.
- Grind.
- Brush the bottom of a frying pan or saucepan with oil. Lay out the meat and simmer a little over medium heat.
- Add the onion to the meat, add just a little salt and pepper (the seasoning I use has salt, so I add just a little salt).
- Fry over medium heat until the onion is transparent.
- Dissolve the tomato paste in 1 Cup of boiling water. Stir.
- Add the diluted pasta to the meat. Then add 1 more Cup of boiling water to it. Simmer under the lid on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
- Add garlic.
- Add the curry seasoning. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve the beef curry with herbs and vegetables. Bon Appetit!
