  1. Pre-cut the banana into pieces and freeze (leave overnight in the freezer).
  2. In the bowl of a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, pumpkin puree, honey and spices-cinnamon and ginger.
  3. Mix with a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour in the milk and mix again with a blender. We adjust the density and sweetness of the drink to your taste by adding milk/honey. Pour into glasses and serve!
