Ingredients
Sauce:
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 10 pieces Parsley leaflets
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 pieces Tomato
Instructions
- Cut the char so that it turns out to be a fillet on the skin. Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease with vegetable oil, spread out the fish and pour soy sauce. Cut the parsley leaves. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.
- Chop the cheese coarsely. For the sauce, combine the cheese, parsley, sour cream, ground black pepper and mix.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the fish. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
