Ingredients
For fish balls:
- 150 gram Pink salmon hot smoked
- 80 gram Cream cheese room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Greens chopped, dill or parsley
- 1 jar Green olives
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Black pepper to taste
For breading:
- 100 gram Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet and better smoked
Instructions
- Clean the hot smoked hump from the skin and bones, break the flesh into small pieces and put it in a bowl.
- Add finely chopped herbs.
- Add ground black pepper to taste, a teaspoon of Russian mustard and cream cheese.
- Mix everything thoroughly, kneading with a fork. You should get a mass similar to pate.
- Chop the nuts and mix with the smoked paprika.
- From a small amount of pate, make a flatbread, put an olive in the middle, roll a ball.
- Roll the balls in the nut breadcrumbs.
- Put them on a dish and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or longer.
- Before serving, you can stick skewers or forks into the balls.
