  1. Fruits are your choice, but I prefer this combination))
  2. Break marshmallows into pieces (must be fresh!)
  3. Grind it with a blender.
  4. Whisk the cream to peaks, adding powdered sugar.
  5. Mix the cream and marshmallows, knead the mass well.
  6. Peel and slice the fruit.
  7. Spread a layer of cream on the cream, cut the kumquat on top.
  8. Cover with a layer of cream and spread the kiwi slices with cream.
  9. Apply a layer of cream again, decorate, refrigerate and serve!
