Ingredients
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper green
- Garlic
- Herbs
- Olive oil
- 100 milliliters Water
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber, peel the pepper from the seeds.
- Whisk everything in a blender: cucumbers, bread, garlic, breadcrumbs, herbs and chop. Then, continuing to beat, add water, olive oil, salt and pepper. Taste it and, if necessary, add salt, pepper and, possibly, garlic.
- Cool slightly before serving. Pour the gazpacho into cups or glasses and garnish with cucumber slices.
