I offer a simple and quick recipe for homemade baked ham. The meat turns out juicy, soft and very fragrant.

  1. We prepare food. Wash the meat and dry it with paper towels. Cut the garlic cloves lengthwise into narrow slices, rub the pepper in a mortar.
  2. Add garlic to the meat and rub it well with a mixture of seasonings.
  3. Tie the spiced meat with cooking twine so that it retains its shape. Place the bay leaves on top and on the sides.
  4. Wrap the meat tightly in foil and put it in a preheated 180 °C oven for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, unfold the foil, take out the bay leaf.
  6. Bake the open meat in the oven for another 20 minutes. Let it brown a little. No need to fry too much.
  7. Ready!
  8. Ham is a dish that is served cold.
