Let's get started! We put the tomato on the cutting board with the ass down and make incisions almost to the end with a sharp knife, dividing the fruit into eight parts (as in the video). Carefully open it, it turns out a flower from a tomato.
Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with dried basil, oregano and salt to taste. Sprinkle with olive oil and put it in the oven (180 g) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh herbs. It's done!!
