1. Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, add water, vegetable oil, a mixture of Caucasian herbs, juice of half a lime, vinegar, Adyghe salt, garlic finely chopped. If you take ordinary salt, then you need to take a teaspoon without a slide.
2. Onions and tomatoes cut into rings of about 5 mm.
3. At the bottom of the container for marinating tomatoes, add 3 tsp of marinade and put a layer of tomatoes and onions and pour all the marinade, then again a layer of tomatoes, onions and marinade. We close the container with tomatoes with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for a day, periodically (2-3 times a day) we mix it. Ready tomatoes are transferred to a plate and served to the table.
