Hot Salad "Pork and Beans" Recipe
My family reacts very well to bean dishes, I wanted to share with you my version of the dish "pork + beans", I hope it will be useful to you, because it is prepared very quickly and simply, it looks beautiful, appetizing and very tasty on the table.

Ingredients
- 600 gram Pork (pork tenderloin)
- Ginger (2 cm fresh ginger root)
- 250 gram Beans canned
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Cilantro
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Allspice (to taste)
- Vegetable oil

- First I cut the pork into thin strips, pepper and leave to marinate with soy sauce (2 tablespoons) for 15 minutes.
- I pass the beans through a colander and let it dry a little.
- Next, peel the garlic and ginger, finely chop them into a pulp. Finely chop the coriander stalks, and you can tear the leaves with your hands.
- I go back to pork - it needs to be fried in small portions over high heat with the addition of oil.
- When all the meat is fried and laid out on a dish, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and fry ginger, coriander stalks, garlic in it for about 30-40 seconds, then add the beans and, stirring, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Return all the meat to the pan, pour soy sauce, sprinkle with coriander leaves and warm up for 1 minute, I recommend serving immediately!
