Ice Cream with Prunes Recipe
Ice Cream with Prunes Recipe
This dessert is created for a hot summer. Ice cream is the easiest to prepare, but so delicious! And the zest is given to it, of course, by the sauce of plums in cognac. Very simple, but so elegant!

Instructions
Put the plums in a saucepan and pour the brandy.
Leave it on for 30 minutes.
Then add sugar, put on fire and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Whisk with a blender until smooth, similar to thick jam.
If necessary, dilute 1-2 tablespoons of cognac.
Cool completely in the refrigerator.
While the sauce is cooling, prepare the ice cream.
Whisk the cold cream to firm peaks.
Add condensed milk.
If you like it sweeter, you can add more than half of the jar.
Transfer to a cold bowl, add the prune sauce and mix casually with a spoon. Cover and place in the freezer to freeze.
