Jam from Plums, Apricots and Zucchini Recipe
There are a few summer recipes left, and although it's winter, but I want to tell you about them! A new combination of fruits and zucchini, embodied in a delicious jam! For the first preparation, zucchini is cut into small pieces, and for the second - crushed in different ways. It turned out two versions of jam, with a completely different effect, but very tasty and fragrant!

- Wash the plums and apricots, remove the seeds and cut into pieces.
- Wash the zucchini well and cut into small pieces. I didn't clean it, but it's not necessary.
- Pour 100 ml of water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and add plums, apricots and zucchini. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low.
- At this time, remove the zest from the lemon, and then squeeze out the juice.
- Add the zest and juice to the saucepan, stir and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
- Now add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and cool. Then bring to a boil again and cook, stirring, for 30 minutes on low heat. 10 minutes before the end of boiling, add the cinnamon.
- When hot, pour into sterilized jars, roll up and wrap up. After cooling, store in a cool place.
