Ingredients
- 200 gram Lentils
- 100 gram Rice
- 200 gram Cabbage
- 2 teaspoons Paprika sweet smoked
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for fry, to taste
Instructions
- Soak the lentils for at least 12 hours.
- Boil the rice and cool it.
- Put the lentils, cabbage, salt and spices in a food processor and chop them.
- Add the rice and stir.
- Form the cutlets with wet hands. Fry in oil on each side for about 5 minutes
