  1. Soak the lentils for at least 12 hours.
  2. Boil the rice and cool it.
  3. Put the lentils, cabbage, salt and spices in a food processor and chop them.
  4. Add the rice and stir.
  5. Form the cutlets with wet hands. Fry in oil on each side for about 5 minutes
  6. Bon appetit.
