- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch
Instructions
- Prepare matcha syrup: combine the powder with sugar, pour hot water and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Cool.
- Cover the form with plastic wrap and grease with vegetable oil.
- Pour 60 ml of cold water over the gelatin and leave it to swell for 5 minutes. Then dissolve the gelatin in a water bath or microwave and pour it into a whipping container.
- Prepare sugar syrup: pour 60 ml into a saucepan. add water and sugar. Put on a slow fire and heat until the sugar dissolves. As soon as the syrup begins to boil actively, remove the pan from the heat.
- Start whipping the gelatin at a low speed of the mixer. Without stopping whipping, pour a thin stream of hot sugar syrup into the gelatin. Gradually increase the speed of the mixer to the maximum.
- Beat for 7-8 minutes.
- Transfer the whipped mass to the prepared form. Spread on the surface of the syrup of the match.
- With a spatula, stir the syrup into the marshmallow, creating marble streaks.
- Sprinkle the surface with a mixture of powdered sugar and corn starch. Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- After the marshmallow stabilizes, remove it from the mold on a sprinkled Board and cut into serving pieces. Roll each piece in slices in a mixture of powdered sugar and starch.
