Ingredients
Dough:
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 80 gram Vegetable oil
- 200 ml Water
- 10 gram Salt
Filling:
- 1 kg Pollock (Fillet)
- 1 bunch Dill
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the vegetable oil to the flour and mix.
- Add salt and water. Knead the dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes.
- Cut the fish into small pieces.
- Add to the fish: salt, pepper, dill, sour cream. Mix well.
- Roll out the dough in the form of a rectangle. Cut into 10/20 cm pieces.
- Put the filling on one half, cover with the other half. Carefully blind the edges.
- Use a fork to apply the pattern.
- You should get these "pockets".
- Fry the pockets on both sides in vegetable oil.
- The filling is very juicy.
- The fish pieces are tender.
