Potatoes in Garlic-Oat Breadcrumbs Recipe

Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large slices.
Rinse and dry.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until crisp, 10
minutes on a higher-than-average heat, stirring.
Chop the garlic, grind the oat flakes, and
add salt. Mix everything together.
Put the potatoes in a heat-resistant form,
season with flakes and garlic.
Bake for 25 minutes at 190-200 degrees.
Serve hot.
